Andrea was amazing. She put my daughter at ease, and explained everything really well.

I can't recommend Andrea highly enough. I had a stop smoking hypnotherapy session with her via Zoom back in April. I was nervous ahead of the session, but Andrea is a very warm person who puts you at ease quickly, so if you're considering making an appointment and feeling anxious too, don't worry. Go for it. You'll be fine. The appointment was very thorough in finding out my personal story with regards to smoking. There was zero judgement and Andrea is very easy to talk to. She finds out your individual habits and goals and then she creates a recording that's tailor-made, just for you. I received it maybe 30-60 minutes after the session finished. I played it as soon as it came through and I haven't smoked since!

I will say, it wasn't exactly easy in the first few days. I would recommend researching what happens when you quit smoking so that you can be forewarned and forearmed. This was my 1st time with hypnotherapy but 3rd time quitting, so I knew what was coming and I knew the benefits that waited for me on the other side, too. Depression, stress, anxiety. Comfort eating. Fatigue. Feeling miserable and feeling like I'd ALWAYS be miserable. I work from home, and spend 95% of my day at home, so I live and work in the place where all of my smoking triggers are. This may be why I struggle as much as I do when I quit. You may be different.

Despite all of that though, I didn't smoke... those feelings passed in a week or two, and I now haven't smoked for over 6 months. I don't know how it works, but it does, and I'm so grateful to Andrea. I very rarely even think about smoking, even living with a smoker doesn't trigger it. I certainly don't miss it!

So thank you Andrea. 5 weeks to the day after my session with you, I finally made it back to the beach for a run. Something I couldn't anymore do when I spoke to you. So thank you for giving me my energy, my health and my life back <3
